Starting this next week, Mike D is hitting the road on a solo tour of the west coast with fellow Portland songwriter Fernando Viciconte. Fernando is an amazing songwriter, one of Portland's best, so do yourself a favor and don't miss them if they come to your area. 

The tour starts off on the 24th in Medford and weaves its way through California with a detour over to Las Vegas. Here's the full list of dates:

Hey all, since we're on a bit of a (likely brief) hiatus, we wanted to take a moment and let everyone know some other things the guys in the band are up to. 

Mike D is gearing up for a west coast solo tour in July, and he's kicking it off with a cool show on July 21st opening for Jason Cruz and Howl. 

We'll post more about Mike's solo dates as they are finalized. 

Jon and Mole's other band My Life in Black and White are releasing their 4th album, Columbia, on July 21st. Pre-orders are available now at their website, with advance downloads available on July 1st.

David seems to playing somewhere with someone just about any time, but aside from SOB you can catch him most frequently with Portland Country Underground and Woodbrain.

Hey all!

We just wanted to send a quick reminder about two excellent shows we're playing this week in Seattle and Portland, supporting the legendary Two Cow Garage. First up is this Wednesday night at El Corazon in Seattle, followed by Thursday night at Dante's in Portland. 

It's summer; take a couple of days off from work and kick it off right with us! 

These are going to be our last couple of shows for quite a while. We've decided to take a bit of an indefinite break and regroup a little bit again before we figure out our next move. Hopefully we'll have a new record on the horizon, but this will be your last chance to catch us for the time being. We hope to see you all out this week!

Woah, it's been a while since we threw down an update! We've got a couple of rad shows coming up, and then we'll likely be taking a break to regroup a bit, write some songs, see about a new record or EP or something, who knows. But most likely these will be the last couple of shows for a while. For these shows we're again honored to be playing with the greatest band this side of anywhere, Two Cow Garage .

Next Friday the 27th, we have the great honor to be joining Jerry Joseph and the Jackmormons for their annual New Year's Run. We'll be kicking off the entire run by opening night one at Mississippi Studios. 
 
Jerry's annual New Year's Run has become quite the event, so you won't want to miss it. We were fortunate to participate with Jerry a couple years ago for this event, and it did not dissapoint. 
 
Believe it or not, this will be SOB's first time playing at Mississippi Studios, and it couldn't be for a cooler show.We hope to see you all there!
