It's been three days, and Mike and Dave have already visited the golden arches twice.

Other than that, and the smell 10 minutes after meals, this is going to be the best tour yet. It was good to see all our friends in Boise and Denver. Thanks for the breakfast Ross, it was amazing.


Flap drove for 11 hours today. Amen

Hey ya'll, this may be one of the only times you will ever see one of our lazy asses posting before noon, as we are up at the ass-crack of dawn on our way to Denver after a kick ass night here in Boise to start off the tour. Much thanks again to Bradley and crew, Gina and Lovey, the Screws and everyone else who came out on a Tuesday night and made it a blast. If last night was any indication this tour is going to be a blast from start to finish. See ya'll on the road!!

Hey All
I just played Austin TX with Chris McFarland and my roaddog Mishka!!!! We a great show...I saw a gang of old friends. Rachel from the Hank III board was round, my old bandmates from the Vegas days and man I can't say enough good things about David and Kevin who run the Long Branch Inn, you should stop in if your hangin in Austin. Chris M's wife Kelly hooked us up with a wicked deliscious dinner..after fuckin Mickey D and other evil type fast food shit for the last 10 days, it was a hellified treat. I'm missing my daughter, she just gt a part in her school play(musical) Guys and Dolls. she informed my she was movving to NYC when she turns 18 to do Broadway, plays and such. I guess I'll be living in NY in a few years.

The other night in Memphis went well...propers to Mike, Gary and Snax Memphis also to the Young Ave. Deli....The joint to play in Memph. We drove 8 hours today to get to Austin damn I'm sleepy. Also I gotta thank Damon and his roomies in Atlanta for putting us up...man they live in some deep hood...also Andy in Pacific Stereo and Walker for putting us up in B'ham Bama and Tom from Pac Stereo for the BBQ and the 20 year old whiskey....man I gotta sober up for the next coupla weeks...I'm gettin wore out fast and I gotta have some steam so I can keep up with the Rev and the Supersuckers..take er easy all..we gotta 17 hour drive tomarrow.....Mishka's van smells like dog shit and feet. God Bless America.

Quick update on this solo tour thing....I drank moonshine in Baltimore called "EVIL". I t made me see things no man should ever see.....NY was wicked fun....Shout out to the Knitting factory staff for taking care of me!!! Last night in Nashville....oh well 2 outta 3 aint bad. Thanks to Mike(barkeep at Springwaters) for lettin us crash at his place. On to Bama. And please don't any ya'll ever drink shit they make up in a bathtub.

Alright...I just got done eating at Toms diner here in NY....The place on Seinfeld where those fuckers eat and shoot the shit all the time.....I had the meatloaf. bad goddan mistake!!! I'm so fuckin sick right now...Stay away from Toms ...for the love of GOD!!!!!

Hey all, just a reminder that we are going to be tearing it up down at Dante's tonight for their 5th Anniversary Party, along with Fireballs of Freedom, Typhoon Killer, and Gruesome Galore. It will be a great show for only five bucks, and you can't beat that.

Speaking of great shows, if you go over to The Supersuckers website right now you will see that they have released a new live recording of a country show they did last year at The Tractor Tavern in Seattle. As fortune would have it, we were the opening band for that show, and our own David Lipkind sat in with the 'suckers for their set and blasted the harp along with their country mayhem. It's a great record, and you know you can't get enough of ol' Lippy anyway, so go check it out!

Hey all
Getting ready to head out to New York on Saturday..I'm taking a train...I never rode a train before. I got enough money together to upgrade to a sleeper car!! Goddamn I feel like an aristocrat...Fuck I hate to fly. Sometimes I wish I had a bigger sack. I'll see a lot of ya'll out there on this tour...I'll keep a update here, on all the silly shit I plan to get into.

Happy Birthday Flapjack!

I think most of the band has recoverd and are back to normal (open for interpritation.) Big props to Lewi Longmeir for is work on Mike D's solo record. He's played a huge role in shaping this thing. We're in the mixing phase now, and I'm having a blast.
